1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 5 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product

    • If you did not receive your SIM or eSIM due to an issue with delivery or email, please contact us at [email protected].

    • For physical SIM cards, courier delays must be reported with tracking details.

  • Defective SIM/eSIM

    • In rare cases, technical errors may occur. If your SIM/eSIM cannot be activated or used, please notify our Support Team.

    • Refund approval will be based on our technical team’s verification.

  • Product Not as Described

    • If the SIM/eSIM you receive is substantially different from what was advertised, you may request a refund.

    • Such cases will be reviewed individually and approved at our discretion.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not possible once an eSIM has been successfully installed or activated on your device.

  • Change-of-mind requests are not eligible.

  • Refunds are not applicable for usage of services beyond the refund request date.
